This policy and the practices described here apply to the company Future Seeing Ltd. and its training brand, Future Seeing Training.

Looking after Personal Information

Your personal information includes the information you give to Future Seeing, the record of our contacts with you and also the permissions you give about what information and newsletters you want us to send to you. • Provide us with services If you choose not to give us personal information, it may prevent us from working effectively and safely with you. In this instance, we would be unable to enter into a working relationship with you.

Sharing your Data

We do not share your information with third parties unless you have given your permission to do so or there is a legal requirement to do so, such as protection of yourself or others if we feel there is a risk, or we receive a legal request for your records. We will only send you information that you have agreed to receive. You may remove yourself from any mailing list, newsletter circulation or email from us at any point you choose.

Storing your Data

All data will be stored securely and in line with legal requirements. We will store your information for a maximum of 7 years after our last contact with you. Enquiries and applications that you make and then do not choose to follow up on will be stored for 12 months. You may request these to be destroyed ahead of this timescale.

By marketing, we mean: information of relevance to hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP practice and research, events, courses and offers. We may use your personal information to give you information tailored to your needs and relevant support. We may ask you to confirm or update your choices, if you book any new courses or buy services from us in future. We will also ask you to do this if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business. Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include: the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity etc. This information may be used to refine future email campaigns and supply you with more relevant content based around your activity. Email and newsletter subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If you wish us to delete all email contact with you then please let us know.
